It was a pleasure working with Jim. As first time buyers there was a lot I didn't know, Jim talked us through everything and gave us very clear instructions on what we needed to do and prepare. He liaised on our behalf both with the lender and the estate agent making the whole process feel very smooth. Man4Mortgages has helped me and my wife out of a quite stressful situation. We needed to re mortgage as our fixed rate was ending soon. All the banks were charging a small fortune and the rates were appalling. James found us a new lender Godiva Mortgages and fixed the rate for 2 years. The payments only went up £100 a month.
